Trinity Cathedral Church
WE WELCOME YOU!

Our community of the Trinity Cathedral Church greets you
in the Name of our Saviour, Jesus Christ the Lord.

We are the mother parish of the Episcopal Church of Cuba, an anglican autonomous diocese, member of the Anglican Communion and, thus, a living part of the Church of Christ that is One, Holy, Catholic and Apostolic.

We give you the warmest welcome to our web site, and it is our hope and prayer that, whoever you are, wherever you may be from, we may be soon together, worshiping God, learning from the Scriptures and sharing His Holy Sacraments, all together in our cathedral.

Who are we?

The Cathedral Church of the Holy Trinity is a christian, anglican, episcopal, cuban community,
rooted in the history, culture and life of our country and, more specifically, of Havana City, that
celebrates, preaches and worships God, Triune and One, and witnesses of the Love, Life and
Kingdom of Christ the Lord, in the midst of the global and local reality where God has called us
to serve and to be salt of the earth and light to the world

Where are we?

Our Cathedral Church, together with the diocesan headquarters of the Episcopal Church of Cuba,
is located in the corner of 6th Avenue and 13th Street, neighborhood of El Vedado, Havana City.
Below we show you a simple map of the cathedral and the diocesan facilities around it.

You can also simply ask your guide in Havana, the cab driver or anyone you may find on the street
"calle 13 esquina a 6, en el Vedado, por favor?". We, people from Havana, are quite friendly, so
it won´t be a problem for you to find us.

What do we do?

Our Cathedral celebrates every Sunday a Holy Eucharist service at 9.30 AM. Every person who
has been baptized and wishes to partake of the sacrament of the Body and Blood of our Lord
Jesus Christ is welcome at our community´s altar.

On Thursdays, at 5 PM, a Spiritual Retreat takes place. It´s a space for quiet worship, refle-
ction, reading of the Scriptures and sharing of thoughts and experiences. The meeting is for
those of us who enjoy tranquility and contemplation.

Monday to Friday at 12 midday, we pray for Peace and Reconciliation in Cuba and all the world,
in the chapel, center for our Liturgy which comes from the Brotherhood of the Cross of Nails, a
worldwide society of prayer and action pro-reconciliation with its base in Coventry Cathedral,
United Kingdom.
